Brief Job Descripttion
Part of the Global Delivery Finance Team supporting IBM India
Role will cover Financial Planning and Analysis with more focus on leading and managing specific projects from finance like for ex: preparation ond review of GD Financial Consolidation metrics and dashboard, Business Controls related activities, leading key management identified workstreams and projects from finance like cost optimisation, business enablement related functions cost efficiencies etc.
The role will involve extensive cross teaming and working with several departments on a regular basis and lot of strategic decision making.
Currently the role is "individual contributor role" which can involve into a people management role in the medium term.
Experience
The broad experience range for these professionals should be between 4 - 8 years
Experience of Financial planning and analysis, preferable in a MNC
Handled compliance / audit responsibilities
Apart from the technical skills, Good communication and presentation skills is essential, Should be able to take up ownership for actions assigned and achieve the end objectives with minimum supervision
Role will involve extensive usage of spreadsheet and presentation skills
