JDA has entered with builder in the FY 2016 and sold in the AY 2018. WHAT IS THE LTCG Liability whether in Ay 17 or in 18. please let me know.

AY 2018-19.
But if registered deed in FY 2016-17, then liability arises in AY 2017-18.
DEED WAS REGISTERED IN 2017 FY.

yes sir.I think that the capital gains would result in the year of entry of agreement for JDA N AS per 45(5A) if the JDA is entered after 1-4-17 then LTCG would be resulted in the year of handing over of the property. Isn't it sir?
