After 6 am!!! Meant for hours after 6 am..... can be upto anytime........

they wil nt declare result after 6. they wil give u another time when the result wil be declared after 6 a.m.

I think there is big problem in icai server. If dis is d case it might take atleast 1- 2 days to recover n reupload all the data.
