When I use XL file for filing ITR-3, I found a message as " Current Year Speculative Losses should not exceed that total speculative loss set off" but we do not have any speculative losses. This is for 2018-19 (AY). How to resolve this.

It is software compatibility problem..
Diffrent persons solved it differently, by hit & trial method only; no specific resolution.
Most affective way is....... uninstall java on your computer system.......
Reinstall java 8 version........
& open the excel utility ITR ...... it has worked for many......

Use java utility instead of XL. Your problem will be solved.
