Dear Experts,
ITR has been filed on 30 November 2022, and sent for verification by post on 25 December 2022, but ITR received by department on 1st January and make it Invalid now,....so can i verify now or how to make tht ITR valid ???

I think the date of dispatch of ITR through speed post will be considered and not the receipt of itr by CPC for determination of 30 days period.
Yes, but they considered receipt date and make it Invalid now
