ITR 4 Uploaded with Respective Income

AY 2014-15 218000
All returns uploaded on 31st March 2015. But ITR V have not submitted yet.
All Returns became Invalid.
How to resolve this issue?

Itr v have not sent for earlier years.

No penalty. At the same time it will be trated as 'Not Filed"
In case of any enquiry, you will have to re-submit the same.
