Itr-v - full address not showing - plz help

Hi Friends,

I filed my return online using ITR 1. The ITR V has been generated after successful return submission which I need to send to bangalore. However, there is a minor issue which is bothering me.

In the ITR 1 excel Software, I entered major part of the address in the first section (Door/Building) but it was within the allowed number of characters. No problem here. But, the same is not showing completely in ITR V. In the Door/Building field in ITR V the space is not enough and therefore the full address is not visible. What should I do?

Whats the next step after sending ITR V to Bangalore. Will they send something to my address? If yes, where do they take the address from? Online ITR 1 submitted? or the address seen on ITR V printout.

Is it OK if I write the remaining part of the address on ITR V printout by hand before sending it?

No Requirement to do Antthing the address is visible fully in electronicly Dont Worry

Send the ITR-V to CPC Bangalore

After Receiving the Receipt the Department will Send you intimation On Provided E-Mail ID

Print out intimation & file in your Record

Also After submitting online Return, I did not recieve the ITR V in email. I downloaded it from the online account. It was shown after submitting the return that 'your itr v has been sent to your email' .. but i did not recieve it via mail. does this mean i will not recieve the mail later also when they send the intimation?

There is some problem in receiving the email from some days. Dont worry you will receive the mail in 4-5 days. You can also check your return from website under Services-My Returns Option.

Once ITR V (acknowledgment) is sent to CPC bangalore, you will get a confirmation mail to the mail id mentioned in the ITR form saying that ITR V has been received there. This mail should be stored for your records. This completes the return filing process.

If you have Not receive ITR-V Receipt

Don't Worry Go Income tax Websit Do login then go My Account Option & Click My return

Select AY & Get ITR-V Acknowledgmant

Thanks for the replies everyone.

I filed the online return on 29th July. Till now I did not recieve the ITR-V via mail. I have downloaded the ITR-V from the my account from income tax e-file website, but I am concerned why I am not getting the mail. Is there some problem for yahoo mail ids in recieving ITR mails? How will I recieve the confirmation mail also? :(

Any option to change the mail id? Or I need to wait more to recieve the mail?
