i can file itr without balance sheet in 44ad lpzz tell me

if u opt 44ad so no need to provide balance sheet & pl
you can show gross receipts
but for a.y. 2018-19, it's mandatory to fill sundry debtors creditors inventories and cash in hand in ITR 4
yes you have to give mentioned details to file your return for this year.
