Hello friends I am filing an ITR 3 of a senior citizen having a speculative loss for the A.Y. 2025-26 and has some STCG and LTGC with Fd interest and minimal dividend amount. There all lot of videos related to ITR3 but I have been comfused in preparing of Trading account, P&L and Balance sheet also in audit section wheather to select audit section or not wheather is it applicable to. The assessee does not have a taxable income. The due date is approaching and I am not aware of what to do, please help me for preparing an ITR3 I would be very thankful.
