Yes, check form 16, TDS must have been deducted. So, file ITR.
Any penalty and tds deduct in 2016 about 3000 and 2017 about 7500
Can't file ITR for AY 2017-18 now... unless any notice received under NMS from ITD.
For AY 2018-19, late filing fees of Rs. 1000/- will be levied.
2017-2018 itr is not filled in any case with out notice
