ITR not processing since last 2 months

I filed return of my client by 6 the of June BT as of now return is not processed although I hv everified..Actuuly my client receives 30000 pm from co. BT they are showing professional fees...n deducting tax @ 10% .. actually it is salary...I filed itr 4 by showing professional income gross receipt more than 26 AS n profit on it more than 6%...my problem is earlier returns ITR 1 were used showing other income...shall I revise return by showing other income n using ITR 1?
