A.Y- 2015-16.
There after not filled (i.e A.Y- 2016-17 ; 2017-18; 2018-19)
Now he want to filled for A.Y- 2019-20

File for AY 2019-2020 before due date that is 31st Aug.
Do not worry for earlier years' returns

what about AY -2016-17; 2017-18; 2018-19
Forget it. File at that time when a notice is received under 142(1)
