While filling up ITR forms, is it mandatory to fill up FIRST NAME MIDDLE NAME & LAST NAME or
Can we only fill up FIRST NAME leaving MIDDLE & LAST NAME BLANK. Will the I.T authorities object this. Pl clarify

You have to fill the Name of the Assessee as printed on the PAN Card alloted by the NSDL.
