ITR 1
ITR-3.....
ITR 1 is suitable if You will show the Commission income as IFOS...

ITR 3 is suitable if You will show the Commission income as Same nature...
Commission income is less than 50 lakh(such a big amount) means it is his business & same is to be shown as Income from business & therefore ITR-3 required to be filed.....
Yeah... May be...
But,
As per my reply., If it's shown as Commission then can he move with ITR 3..

Otherwise no need...
Generally go with ITR 1. No more restriction.
I mean to say My gross total Income is less then 50 Lakh in which i earned 10 lakh from salary and 70 thousand from commision
Commission from where ???

Sorry Dear.,

No more other option....

File ITR 3.....

Thank u sir.......
ITR-3 is required to be filed.....
ITR Form-1 (Sahaj) can be filed by an individual who is resident other than not ordinarily
resident, having income upto Rs.50 lakh and who is receiving income from salary, one
house property / other income (interest etc.)
commission income in your case seems to be other income only. hence ITR-1 will be applicable irrespective of the fact that TDS was deducted.
ITR 1 required to be filed. when an assessee has income from more than one head, the substantial source of income head to be taken as main source of income and ITR to be filed accordingly. here main source of income is salary hence ITR 1 required to be filed
