Itr form queries

Hi Team,

I look forward to your expert advice to file IT returns for my family. I need help for the following points:

1. How can I file NRI income tax returns online without using any paid services. I am unable to locate any relevant links which allow unassisted/ free NRI tax filing (ITR 2).

2. My mother is a Sr. citizen and has conducted some lectures in one of the colleges. As per form 26AS, the college has deducted 10% of remuneration paid u/s 194J. Rs 7920 was deducted in F.Y. 2017-18. 

Please advise which ITR form is to be used to file IT returns.
