An individual having income from teaching at coaching institute of Rs. 100,000 and having no other income should file which ITR for F.Y. 2019-20?

Though not required to file return...even if he desires to file return which ITR is suitable?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies which Income Tax Return (ITR) form is suitable for an individual earning Rs. 100,000 annually from teaching at a coaching institute for FY 2019-20. While filing may not be mandatory for this income level, the advice suggests ITR 1 for salary income or ITR 4 for business/profession income (PGBP).

If 100000 is yearly income, no need to file income tax return
If income is 100000 then not ITR filing not required. Though if you want to file, then if your income is salary income then file ITR 1 and in case it's PGBP income then file ITR 4.
