ITR for claiming housing loan and rent allowance
I m a govt employee. I am from Kerala and working in Chennai. I had already constructed a house in my hometown ( Kerala) with the aid of a housing loan. I m staying in Chennai in a rented house. I m already claiming my home loan interest and principal in my income tax. whether I can avail house rent allowance along with this. please help me.

if you are filling online you can see allowances to the extent exempt u/s 10, there you can claim,
yes, that I know. But my doubt is whether I can claim for both?
