My ITR for AY 2025-26 was filed and successfully e-verified on 24 July 2025.
However, even after more than 5 months, the return has not moved to
“Under Processing”.
No defect notice or communication has been received.
PAN–Aadhaar is linked and bank account is validated.
Kindly advise if grievance to CPC is sufficient or any further
action/escalation is required.

Your return is valid and pending only for CPC processing
Filing a CPC grievance is the correct next step
If unresolved, escalate using grievance reference
No revised return or penalty exposure
Refund interest (if applicable) remains protected

Okay ..I will file a grievance to know in detail ..
Itr2...new regime...nil refund itr...11/8 filed
Salary/ house property/ int income
No sharesl/ VDA/ Gameing / FA etc
Itr2 because 52l income
TIS mismatch....property amt double shown...registra plus bank... FEEDBACK given duplicate entry in AIS
AL not filled ( 1 cr limit from this yr)
No NUDGE message/ notice till today
Not processed
If grivenced filed standard ans to all...time till 31/12/26
So....please suggest
