I jave earn 300 rupess from intraday trading and share trading and no other income ..then whether i have to file my return due to capital gain or not

1. First intraday trading is speculative business income & not capital gain income
2. if jndividual gross total income exceeds basic exemption limit then he is required to file return as in ur case ur total income is Rs. 300 so not required to file return.

if your income is less then 2.5L then no late fees charged and no internet charged u/s 234A
