Dear all,
may i file Income tax return for the fin year 2008-09 after 31.03.2011? there were nothing any tax liabilities, already a tds credit in the account.
pls guide me.

but
if your refund is lessthan penalty then you not need to file your return
but sure for the next year that now you can see your tds credit before receiving 16A so pls dear file your return in time or within due data so if you need to revised then you can reviced it .....anytime......
