If your Gross total Income (i.e Income before Claiming any Deduction u/s 80C to 80U) is less than Rs. 2.50 Lakh, than there is "NO LATE FEE/Penalty".For F.Y 2018-19 last date is 30th September, 2020. |  |
I believe the last date for filing tax return for AY 2019-20 is now extended to 30th Nov 2020.
NO LATE FEES AT ALL........... .........
FOR LESS THAN 2.50 LAC .............. ??????? NO...... IT DOESN'T..................
