ITR 7 date for FY 2018-19
Can I file itr 7 on 31 Oct 2019

If assessee has to furnish audit report or tax audit report alongwith ITR7 then you can file upto 31-10-2019
But it is for trust
10B has to file

What are your activities is it Trust or what
1. Trust can file ITR -7 and form 10B.
2. Due date got extended up to 31.10.2019. Remember form 10B needs to be filed before filing the ROI.
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.
Assessee need to file form 9A or form 10 for Trust return filing
