HI....I want to e-file the return of a partnership firm. But am not able to find ITR 5 for Ay 2012-13.
should i wait for the form to be released or can i file ITR 4 itself???

You will have to wait for ITR 5. You cannot file ITR - 4 for a Registered partnership Firm.
