Can I file ITR-3, IF I WANT TO SHOW MY BUSINESS INCOME UNDER 44AD , AND AGRICULTURE INCOME MORE THAN Rs. 5000.
Because in ITR - 4
agriculture income upto 5000 is allowed.

No if you're filing under presumptive taxation then 44AD should be filed under ITR 4 for 5 years you cannot change before
First is your source of income which is pertinent.
Then how much is taxable as per existing statute ?
If you hv not computed , compute it.

You can show your income 44ad in itr 3 as you have agriculture income more than Rs. 5000, there is no issue.

you have to file ITR 3 and in that you can show business income u/s 44AD and your agriculture income. ITR 3 is the only right form in your case..
