Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether to use ITR-3 or ITR-4 when you have both business income under Section 44AD and agriculture income exceeding Rs. 5,000. The consensus is that ITR-3 is the appropriate form in this scenario, allowing you to declare both income types without violating tax rules. ITR-4 is generally for presumptive taxation under 44AD, but the presence of significant agriculture income necessitates the use of ITR-3.
you are absolutely right. you have to file ITR 3 and in that you can show business income u/s 44AD and your agriculture income. ITR 3 is the only right form in your case.. there is no violation of any law
