How to exactly decide if I should file ITR 3 or ITR4? Kindly guide

Only if income of PGBP is declared under presumptive assessment... ITR 4 applicable (no agricultural income more than 5K; or IFHP only from one HP)
In all other cases (including presumptive assessment, but ITR 4 not suitable), ..... ITR 3 applicable.
