1. lndividual has interest income, LTCG, speculative business income from intraday share trading, as her income. No other income.
2.She has a house as second joint owner which is locked so no income from house property. The house is yet to be registered with local municipal authorities.
3.Is it mandatory for disclosure of details of the house property in ITR3 filing? Please confirm sections if it is required to be disclosed.

You can file your ITR without providing house property details unless you want to claim interest on loan against self occupied property u/s 24 or you have a let out property

Yes you are right, as long as the property is deemed to be a let out property, and there is no housing loan on that property it is okay if you do not disclose property details.
