ITR 2 is not available online for AY 2018-19 then HOW to file the return means procedure.

Please check, ITR2 utilities (excel as well as java) are available (rather all the ITR utilities available on efilling site) under downloads.....
It is required to be prepared offline but uploaded/submitted online ...
