Any one plz could tell me which ITR required by partner ship firm if it opt for SECTION 44 AD OF INCOME TAX ACT

The Partnership Firm shall have to file ITR - 5, even if it opts for section 44AD of the Income Tax Act.

Yes! file itr5 as a regular partnership firm! in that show separetly the profits u/s 44AD!
