ITR 1 Details of Salary etc., not getting pre-filled

I was trying to file an ITR 1 however details of Salary, and tax Computation not getting pre-filled and all fields are greyed out.
Can anyone please assist why it is so.

Just check the assessment year once and download it again

Are you filing form on-line or offline through utility..?
if offline, than which utility..java ...or excel.

Yes i have selected AY 20-21
I was trying to file online
