Dear All,

Tds on Salary for the AY 2013-14 have been deducted Rs 5595/- by the employeer , which is also avaliable in form 26AS in Income Tax website, shall I claim that for Refund in ITR -1

Income From Salary Only, No other income Reported,

If TDS amount is more than your tax liability, you shall be entitled to receive refund after filing your IT returns.
