We enter the chassis number of the vehicles while passing the purchase entry or when vehicles reached our stockyard.Can we configure the stock items in a way that while passing the sales entry option for selecting the chassis number for each vehicle is displayed.

It depends on the System you are using to capture your information. Certailiny we can use as a reference number depending on the ERP system you are using.
