Itc04 not accepted by portal on filing

Dear Anil Sir,

Regarding - Error in Filing - ITC-04 with DSC

The same error message "Error! OOPS! Some error occured, Please try again". (attached error screen shot here)

i been trying to file ITC-04 from last week, but shows same error message even now (tried at 10:00AM on 26th Dec-2017)

Dear GST team - Please sort out the issue at earliest & if anyone already filed please let us know how to get rid from this issue.

1. Ensure challan numbers are in "text" format

2. Ensure date is in DD-MM-YYYY format (not just as you see it, check that this format appears in the formula bar as well)

3. Ensure you have not copied any of the cells with dropdown facility (Rates & UOQ) from outside the ITC-04 online utility excel sheet, I mean if you want to copy the rate as "9", just select it one column in the offline tool excel sheet and paste it from here only and under this column only.

4. You may skip feeding state (except for Unregistered Job Worker), as this field is autopopulated.

5. The descripttion must not have any special characters - avoid extra spaces, commas, hyphens, "&", etc.
