Dear Sir,

From 1st January 2017 onwards we are wasting our valuable time on GST.  GST helpdesk is 100% helpless.  Yesterday and today my full time wasted on filing ITC-04.  Still I am unable to file the return.  When I try to file through Chrome it shows "Error in Json structure validationin GST ITC04 Return"  But.  When I try to file through IE Errors encountered while uploading the file.  I cant understand.  Any one who knows about Json.  Prior to 1st January 2017 we have not heard about this Json file.  Our Government have spent for preparing the GST portal around 3800 Crores.  After implementing the GST in a hurried manner on Midnight of 30-06-2017 without the readyness of the forms, we are in a trouble and we are wasting our time fully on this.  Who suggest this Json platform.  Why dont they try Excel.  I dont know when the department / contrctor will rectify all those things.  Who will compensate for the time spent on this useless portal.  If anyone try to explain it to the Government.  What happened to the 3800 Crores given for the portal?

Regards,

S. Selvakumar

a helpless GSTian
