If a jobworker, registered in gst, sends goods of principal to add value as jobwork to some other small jobworker, (not under advise of principal) , then is there any applicability of filing itc04 on job worker? If so, how does he pass entry?

Rule 55 of CGST Rules is applicable to Jobworker as well. He is suppose to raise DC for the movement of goods to other jobworker and file ITC04 in his capacity as regn person.
He will declare inward DC and outward DC

No Job worker sending goods belongs to principal to Another Job worker is not required to file ITC 04
at Pankaj sir : When jobworker is sending in his own capacity not being instructed by the principal then it has to be declared in ITC04. pls correct if am wrong.
