Yes not updated .. file with the old rule... because nothing can be done as of know
Even today i.e. on 18th Feb., still GST Portal is using old setoff rules. Now in a fix whether I go ahead and file GSTR3B or wait till 20th. March.
Go ahead.. don't wait
set off rule on gst portal for the month feb '18 is still using the old rule i am not able to offset the liability using the new rule. Shall i file using old rule ? please help ????????????
continue with old rule... govt has again amended that section..
So Now you can file with old rule itself
Has itc new setoff rule updated from april 19 onwards or do we have to file with old rule ?
