ITC refund in case of commercial vehicle purchase
Last month my friend purchase a Truck and the company files the return of ITC on his Gst portal and his threshold limit below 20 lack can he file such return for refund input in his account like TDS or not?

Is Your friend registered under GST...??
Yes ragular taxpayer
Refund not available.
But, He can claim ITC if use the vehicle for transportation of goods...
Note : If registered under GST then GST provisions applicable to as per registration without considering the Turn Over...
