ITC on vehicle

May I take ITC for the vehicle we have purchased for delivering the goods to party from our end to their?

If it is used only for transportation of goods, ITC can be claimed.

but motor car / vehicle ITC can not bw taken as per section 17. but once again confirm from GST expat.

ITC will be available when the vehicle is used for the following.

a) Supply of other vehicles or conveyances
If you are in the business of supplying cars then ITC will be available.

b) Transportation of Goods/Passenger

c) Imparting training on driving, flying, navigating such vehicle or conveyances

d) Transportation of goods
