can a assesse claim ITC on the below expenses of Travel
1. Hotel Bills
2. Lunch Dinner and other eatale expenses in hotel for which they get proper bills

if this expense incurred for business purpose then u can claim itc on hotel stay, rest all food expenses ineligible to take input credit
For claiming ITC on hotel bill company must have GST registration of that state as under GST place of supply is important.
Only Hotel Stay Bill is eligible for ITC, if it was a business trip. ITC on food and beverages is blocked u/s 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017.
