ITC ON SERVICE CHARGES FROM CA
Can a registered person get ITC from his CA or anyother who has provided financial accounting services like ITR or GST filing on which he paid?

Yes. It's under Services head (Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Accounting & Book keeping services)
18% rate of Tax full ITC to Receipients
