You can take ITC to the extent of capitalisation

You can avail itc provided it is for furtherance of business.

No...Itc not allowed on Building maintenance even it is used in Business...

@ kesavaraj s ITC can claim if it is shown in profit and loss...that means not capitalized

@ David Here the question is not whether the Building maintenance is capitalised or not.As per Sec 17(5) of Clause (C ) &(d) , no ITC can be allowed on expenses incurred to immovable property except Plant & Machinery...
