itc on motor vehicle

I am a trader of medicine and purchased a motor vehicle for transportation of medicines to different parties.Can I avail ITC on purchase of motor vehicle w.e.f 1.2.19?

Yes you can claim ITC on Motor Vehicle since it is being used for transportation of goods.

what will be the eligibility prior and post amendment 1.2.19 in case of ITC on purchase of motor vehicle for transportation of goods? In both cases is ITC available?
