ITC on hotel booking in name of company by employee in other state then IGST available or not

If the hotel is located outside your state and you don’t have a registration in that state, then you will not be able to utilise the input GST that you paid to the hotel.

if u claim ITC from booking hotel in particular state u have registration in that state and bill should issued in name of company and puy company GSTN no.

no you can't claim ITC because hotel will charge CGST and SGST of that particular state in which hotel is registered then how could you claim ITC of same

sir I am tour operator registered in Delhi I booked a hotel in delhi add my margin and sale it to my client who are belongs to other state in this case can I take a input of hotel lodging and my client can also take input because I charged to him IGST
