2- IF GST PAID BY SERVICE PROVIDER UNDER GTA . THEN CAN SERVICE RECEIVER TAKE ITC ON IT ?????

Service Reciever can always claim ITC paid under RCM for GTA Service, provided it is used in course of furtherence of business

but sir itc on gta aviliable only on rcm if pays by service receiver. But if service provider charge gst then can we also claim itc on it????
1. Service Receiver can claim ITC.
2. Both Service Receiver and Service Privider can claim ITC if the Service Provider has charges a GST on its Bill @ 12%
