ITC on GTA Bill under RCM sec 9(3)
Dear Members,Greeting to all of you!! My client has some GTA bills,I want to pay GST @ 5 under RCMCan I take ITC for GST paid @ 5 ?Is it permissible?

Yes... You can take ITC.
No 5% without itc 12% with itc
