ITC on GST paid on AC

If we Purchase an AC for use in the Business Premises. Can we Take ITC on GST paid on that AC?

No... Not available ITC for AC if you using your Own Purpose or Your Business Purpose....

but AC is not in the negative list provided by the govt. so we can take the credit but we can not show in depreciation working if we availed the credit. plz check and confirm

In my view.,
Direct involved to mfg items is allowed ITC. all other is not available.
Also Electronic goods can't available. It's only consider firm's fixed Assets....

Once again I'll confirm and see the rules in GST.
finally we can wait our experts opinion
