we are supplying River Sand
to L&T supply @ 5% GST ...
now my point is
we are purchased 5 trucks for carrying River sand
from river to L&T work place...
28% GST paid on each truck...
now we can avail GST input on purchase of trucks... which are used for goods transport vehicle...

You can avail INPUT TAX CREDIT ( ITC ) on Motor Trucks purchased as it is being used in the course or furtherance of business i.e. for transportation of Goods.
Hence, this credit is not blocked u/s 17(5) of CHAR Act 2017.
Go ahead and claim ITC.
