My client is purchasing tempo for delivery of his merchandise.
Somewhere I read that we can not avail ITC at one go. We have to divide it into 36 month...
Anyone any Idea about such notification pls ?

You can claim ITC in one go if you have taxable outward supply.
Where you have both taxable and exempt supplies in that case you claim ITC in one go but you reverse it monthly.
