A company organize a conference for Distributors, Whether the ITC is available on Hotel Booking charges that includes Hall charges and FOODING (catering).

yes ITC is available if assessee is engaged in eligible business.
Input on food expenses is not eligible u/s 17(5)
What if there is no segregation of the amount of catering charges and banquet
what is your main service ... hotel booking or catering ?
I am authorised dealer of a state and need to conduct conference meeting for my distributors and customer for sales promotion. So i booked a hotel hall and dinner for customers.
