ITC OF RCM GST PAID

you can claim in July

As there are different views about ITC on gst paid on RCM for URDs purchase. Wether it will be claimed in same month for which it's deposited or in next month? As July RCM gst paid in Aug then itc can be claimed in July or in August? please advise.

3In July Month we submitted GSTR 3B Form but we cann't taken URDs Purchase claim in GSTR-B Form

My Question is can we taken in GSTR-2 RCM Input??
