Dear sir / mam,
i have itc of Rs- 2 lacs in fy 1819 and same is not claim in fy 1819 nor it is claim till September 19 gstr 3b. i have file NIL gstr 3b for all above period. whether there are any option to claim itc of fy 1819 in fy 1920. my Annual return of fy 1819 & feb 19 onward gstr 3b is pending. can i claim it any how?

The ITC relating to a FY can be availed on or before ethe due date of September Returns of the subsequent FY. therefore for the FY 18-19 ITC WAS supposed to be availed before October 20th 2019. As the said time period is over the ITC relating to FY 2018-19 cannot be availed.
No, there is no option to claims ITC of F.Y 2018-19 as time limit to claim ITC is already expired.
